Both my wife and I use the hot tub about four times a week and she particularly likes the fragrances that we have been purchasing. I find the water movement sooths the old body muscles I now have and it also helps my wife who used to have her neck massaged regularly but now prefers the water massage from the rotary jets. We operate the unit at 40 degrees centigrade and I have to say whilst there must be some effect we have not noticed any real increase in our electricity bills... The cover is easy to operate and I have noticed it is very effective in retaining heat and steam from the Jetsetter. The drinks fridge has also proven to be a great asset giving us the luxury off having cold drinks without having to leave the hot tub! We are really enjoying using the hot tub - Thanks again to you and your team for your assistance in making the purchase and installation so easy.

We decided to buy the hot tub mainly for medical reasons. I have a condition called Fibromyalgia which affects the muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Some days I have so much pain I find it difficult to mobilise. Since taking delivery of our hot tub I have found a great sense of pain relief, the constant hot water enables me to exercise in the tub without the extreme pain. Exercise is very important to enable mobility with this condition. We both love the social aspect of our tub. We use it every evening; we take a nice long drink out to the tub and spend an hour or so relaxing. We even talk to each other instead of watching the television. When we went to the showroom at East Bridgeford garden centre we were welcomed by the girls there. We tried all the available filled hot tubs and came away with a Vanguard. This was not our first choice so trying them all out was a good move. We had chosen a different one from the brochure , only to find that our needs were better catered for with a different model altogether. The girls in the showroom soon made our decision easy by answering all our questions, so we had a clear picture of what each tub offered us. The company has great customer service skills and the fitters were very efficient and informative. We have since helped our friends to choose a hot tub from HotSpring and look forward to trying theirs out for size.

These are pictures of our JetSetter hot tub which we purchased about a year ago. We decided to go for this as the size fitted into the conservatory and it work out really well. We had one minor problem with one of the jets, but it was dealt with promptly by HotSpring. Just a quick line to say how pleased we are with our purchase of a HotSpring hot tub. I was most impressed with the customer service right through the process. We weren't hurried or rushed and the sales lady was extremely knowledgable and pleasant. The hot tub arrived when we were told it would, and was fitted and working within a few hours.
