Tiger River Hot Tubs

7 Year Surface/Structural Warranty

Watkins Manufacturing Corporation warrants the granite like surface material of the Tiger River ® spa not to peel, crack, wrinkle, blister or delaminate for a period of seven years from the spa's purchase date. Additionally, the granite like surface material is structurally warranted not to leak for a period of seven years from the spa's purchase date. The granite like surface material is non-permeable and will not absorb odors, bacteria or pollutants.

The base support is not included in this warranty, but is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery to the original consumer purchaser.

5 Year NO-FAULT Heater Warranty

Watkins Manufacturing Corporation unconditionally warrants the No-Fault heater against any failure that would require replacement. The warranty defines unconditional as warranty coverage without exception provided that the component has failed to operate properly within the spa's system. This means that conditions that would normally invalidate the limited warranty, such as water chemistry damage, do not apply to the No-Fault heater.

5 Year No Leak Warranty

Watkins Manufacturing Corporation warrants the Tiger River spa not to leak for a period of five years from its purchase date. This warranty specifically covers leaks from the wall fittings, jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints, freeze drains and all bonded parts including the filter compartment and light lens.

2 Year Component Warranty

Watkins Manufacturing Corporation warrants the electrical components, pump, and other original factory installed components against malfunction, leaking or defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the spa’s purchase date. Dealer installed options are warranted per individual item(s) and are excluded from the two year component warranty. Filters and pillows are considered depreciable items. Natural fading and aging can occur. They are not covered under this warranty.

2 Year Surewood cabinet Warranty

Watkins Manufacturing Corporation warrants the SureWood cabinet material not to peel, crack, wrinkle,

blister, or delaminate and to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from

the spa’s purchase date. This warranty specifically covers the cabinet’s structural integrity (exclusive of surface

stain), including all glue and integral bonded joints. The SureWood cosmetic finish is warranted to be free

from defects at the time of initial delivery to the original consumer purchaser. Fading and weathering of the

surface will naturally occur over time and are not considered to be warrantable defects. To restore the SureWood cabinet’s appearance refer to the spa Owner’s Manual for proper care and maintenance instructions.

Extent of warrant

This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the Tiger River spa when purchased and originally installed within the country of purchase or, in case of spas purchased in the EU, when originally installed within the EU.

The Tiger River spa warranty terminates upon any transfer of ownership or if the spa is installed or relocated outside the boundaries of the country of purchase or, in case of spas purchased in the EU, if the spa is installed or relocated outside the EU by the original consumer purchaser prior to the expiration of the warranty period.

Warranty performance

In the event of any malfunction or defect covered under the terms of this warranty; contact a Factory Authorized Service Center (selling dealer) who sold you the spa. There will be no charge for the parts or labor to repair the Tiger River or its components.
